Responsibilities
- 1Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and industry events
- 2Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools
- 3Develop strategic partnerships with agencies, resellers, and complementary SaaS platforms
- 4Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
- 5Negotiate and close deals, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly revenue targets
- 6Provide market feedback to the product team to inform roadmap decisions
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of B2B SaaS sales or business development experience
- ✓Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- ✓Strong understanding of local SEO, digital marketing, or AI-powered tools
- ✓Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- ✓Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- ✓Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
AI Automation Engineer
Design and build intelligent automation pipelines that power our AI products — from content generation and review analysis to local SEO optimization and chatbot interactions.
Responsibilities
- 1Architect and implement AI-powered automation workflows across the Nurex.AI platform
- 2Integrate large language models (LLMs) and NLP services into production pipelines
- 3Build and optimise data ingestion, transformation, and enrichment systems
- 4Develop APIs and microservices that serve AI capabilities at scale
- 5Monitor model performance, implement A/B testing, and iterate on prompt engineering
- 6Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 1 year focused on AI/ML systems
- ✓Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript; experience with Node.js is a plus
- ✓Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
- ✓Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
- ✓Experience building production-grade APIs (REST or GraphQL)
- ✓Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Vercel)
- ✓Bonus: experience with Next.js, Prisma, or PostgreSQL
