How do I get started with Nurex.AI?
Sign up for a free trial at nurex.ai, verify your email, and follow the onboarding wizard. You can connect your Google Business Profile, review platforms, and website within minutes to start seeing results.
What products does Nurex.AI offer?
Nurex.AI offers four core products: LocalLift for local SEO optimization, AI Review Responder for automated review management, Content Engine for repurposing content across channels, and AI Website Chatbot for visitor engagement and lead capture.
Do I need technical skills to use Nurex.AI?
No. Nurex.AI is designed for business owners and marketing teams with no coding experience. The dashboard is intuitive, and our setup wizards guide you through every step. If you need help, our support team is available 24/7.
Can I try Nurex.AI before committing to a plan?
Yes. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial that includes full access to all four products. No credit card is required to start your trial.
How long does onboarding take?
Most businesses are fully set up within 15 minutes. Connecting your Google Business Profile and review platforms takes just a few clicks, and our AI begins generating insights immediately after setup.

Account & Billing

What pricing plans are available?
We offer Starter, Growth, and Enterprise plans. Starter is ideal for single-location businesses, Growth supports multi-location operations with advanced analytics, and Enterprise provides custom solutions with dedicated support and SLA guarantees.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing, and downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as ACH bank transfers for annual Enterprise plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact support for a full refund. After 30 days, refunds are issued on a prorated basis for annual plans.

How do I connect Nurex.AI to my CRM?
Navigate to Settings > Integrations, select your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho), and follow the OAuth authorization flow. Lead data from the chatbot and review insights sync automatically once connected.
Does Nurex.AI integrate with Zapier?
Yes. Our Zapier integration allows you to connect Nurex.AI with over 5,000 apps. You can trigger workflows based on new reviews, chatbot leads, content publishing events, and ranking changes.
Can I use the Nurex.AI API to build custom integrations?

How do I connect my Google Business Profile?
Go to Settings > Integrations > Google Business Profile and click Connect. You will be prompted to sign in with your Google account and grant Nurex.AI read and write access. The connection is secured via OAuth 2.0 and can be revoked at any time.

Security & Privacy

How does Nurex.AI protect my data?
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We host on SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure, conduct regular penetration testing, and maintain strict access controls. Your data is never shared with third parties or used to train AI models.
Is Nurex.AI GDPR compliant?
Yes. Nurex.AI is fully GDPR compliant. We offer data processing agreements (DPAs), support data subject access requests, provide data export and deletion tools, and maintain transparent data handling practices detailed in our privacy policy.
Where is my data stored?
Data is stored in secure AWS data centers in the United States (us-east-1). Enterprise customers can request data residency in the EU or other regions. All backups are encrypted and stored in geographically separate facilities.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. You can export all your data at any time from Settings > Data Management. If you close your account, all data is permanently deleted within 30 days. You can also request immediate deletion by contacting support.
Does Nurex.AI use my data to train AI models?
No. Your business data is never used to train or improve our AI models. Each account's data is isolated and used exclusively to provide services to that account. This is outlined in our terms of service and data processing agreement.
