2. Description of Service

Nurex.AI is an AI-powered business growth platform that provides tools including local SEO management (LocalLift), automated review responses (Review Responder), AI content generation (Content Engine), and conversational chatbots. The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as Google Business Profile, Yelp, Facebook, WordPress, and Shopify.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Prices may change with 30 days' advance notice.
• Refunds are available within 14 days of the initial purchase for annual plans. Monthly plans are non-refundable.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
• Exceed any rate limits or abuse API access
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service connects to third-party platforms at your direction. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third party's terms and privacy policies. Nurex.AI is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, logos, and documentation, are owned by Nurex.AI. You retain ownership of the content you create or upload through the Service. By using AI-generated content features, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the generated content for your business purposes.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nurex.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. AI-generated content is provided for assistance and should be reviewed before publication.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may cancel your account from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Somerset County, New Jersey.
